To make reservations for screenings during the festival you will use your login, i.e. an e-mail address you had entered when purchasing the pass. You just need to log in at www.offcamera.pl/en using the icon in the right top corner and your login (e-mail address). After choosing a title from the Schedule, reservations will be automatically saved on your physical pass.

Reservations can be made only the day before or on the day of the screening via: www.offcamera.pl/en (Schedule tab), in person in the Festival Center or at cinema ticket offices.

Each screening is allocated a specific number of seats. If the limit is reached, remember that 15 minutes before the screening, seats which were returned to the pool due to cancellation of reservations by other viewers, can be available in the Schedule. It is worth checking the Schedule just before the screenings.

A Pass does not entitle its holder to participate in the Opening and Closing Galas, admission granted by special invitation only.

No. Passes are personal documents: they include name and surname, and a Photo allowing for identification of the person entitled to use a given pass.

If you lose your pass, let us know right away. Contact us by e-mail: bilety.karnety@offcamera.pl or go to the Festival Center, so that we can block the pass (pass number blocking) and issue a new pass with a new number.

Your reservations for film screenings will be automatically saved on your pass. Before you enter the screening room, the staff will scan the barcode placed on the pass and verify your reservation.

If you choose a voucher in PDF format, it will be sent to the provided e-mail address within 24 hours (check your SPAM folder). A voucher in physical form will be sent within 1-2 business days, however, we have no influence on the delivery time. It should reach you within a few days.
